RDPP Workshop in Aqaba Addresses Employment, Entrepreneurship Roadmaps
AQABA - JRF launched a participatory workshop in Aqaba on entrepreneurship and employment in cooperation with The European Regional Development and Protection Programme (RDPP). The two-day workshop, held under the patronage of Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, addressed challenges and opportunities facing Jordanians and refugees in Aqaba concerning entrepreneurship, employment and vocational training. The event is part of the RDPP-funded project: Resilience through Livelihood Support for Vulnerable Syrian Refugees and Host Communities across Jordan. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Commissioner of Tourism and Environment Dr Nidal Majali, Aqaba Governor representative Mr Ahmad Rahahleh and JRF’s Director General Mrs. Enaam Barrishi.
