RJ Renews Partnership Agreement with JRF

AMMAN, September 9, 2024 — Royal Jordanian (RJ) has announced the renewal of its partnership agreement with the Jordan River Foundation (JRF); continuing its support of the foundation’s community empowerment programs especially those addressing women and children all across the kingdom.

The agreement includes supporting JRF’s beneficiaries by facilitating their participation in regional and international conferences and exhibitions relevant to the foundation’s Social Enterprises, launched to empower women through handicrafts and culinary arts. RJ will be covering travel and shipping costs, supporting JRF’s efforts in empowering its female artisans. Additionally, RJ will continue to support JRF’s Child Safety Program by placing donation boxes at its sales offices across Jordan.

"RJ aims through its corporate social responsibility programs to form partnerships that benefit the local community in all its segments and contribute to supporting social entrepreneurship and local non-profit institutions including JRF, particularly with regards to empowering women and youth by improving their livelihoods," stated RJ’s Vice Chairman/CEO Eng.
