Senate Committee Reviews JRF’s Projects, Achievements

JRF held a meeting at its premises for the Senate Committee on Labor and Social Development headed by senate member Issa Murad. Murad reiterated JRF’s instrumental role in the social and economic well being of Jordan’s communities through development, training, employment and child safety. The committee was briefed by JRF’s Director General Enaam Barrishi on the foundation’s achievements under its community empowerment, child safety and social entrepreneurship projects. Murad stressed the importance of the government’s role in creating a legislative environment that enables NGOs and empowers beneficiaries as part of Jordan’s development vision.
