Zain Jo Renews Support for JRF’s 110 Helpline

AMMAN – As part of its sustainability strategy and commitment to supporting the local community, and for the 17th consecutive year, Zain Jordan has renewed its support for the Jordan River Foundation’s 110 Family and Child Helpline.

Zain's support includes the provision of quality call center tools for the helpline’s counselors engaging with children and adults over a variety of topics related to protection against abuse.  The helpline has dealt with over 100,000 cases since its launch, offering free support and referrals to protect children and families from all forms of abuse, including violence, exploitation, neglect, mistreatment, bullying, and physical assault. Zain's support also includes offering trainings for the Helpline’s counselors in self-development skills. Moreover, the company has launched several awareness campaigns through its social media platforms and various media outlets promoting the Helpline’s services in partnership with JRF.
